Little Rascals was born from a simple belief: kids should be allowed to be kids. As parents ourselves, we grew tired of seeing beautiful dresses that were either too stiff, too itchy, or too fragile for real, everyday play. We wanted something that could handle a backyard tea party, a carousel ride, a serious game of hide-and-seek, and still look beautiful for Sunday brunch.
